SUGARED BEACH, LLC – MEMBERSHIP POLICY & TERMS
1. RECURRING MEMBERSHIP & AUTOPAY
Client authorizes automatic charges to their payment method for recurring membership dues.
- Membership continues until properly cancelled in writing.
- Declined payments may result in suspension, late fees, or collections.
2. FREEZE / HOLD POLICY
- Membership may be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Requests must be submitted before the end of the current billing month.
- Membership benefits are inaccessible during freeze; unused benefits resume afterward.
3. ROLLOVER / EXPIRATION POLICY
- Unused services roll over to the next month if membership remains active.
- Rollover services are valid up to 1 year from accrual.
- Credits may be used for equal or lesser-priced services only.
- Expiration: Unused and rollover services expire immediately if membership is Canceled or Past Due.
4. LATE PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND CHARGEBACKS
- 24-hour cancellation: 50% charge
- No-show: 100% charge
- Late arrival: 50% charge
- Chargebacks: Client may be responsible for recoverable costs.
5. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY
- Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce service time or require rescheduling.
- Follow all service-specific instructions and aftercare protocols.
6. FOUNDERING MEMBERSHIP
- The Foundering Membership offers select services at 40% off standard à la carte pricing and requires a minimum three-month commitment.
- The three-month commitment period begins on the date of the first membership payment, such that the client receives three (3) consecutive monthly payments at the Founding Membership rate.
- Freezes/holds are not permitted during the Founding Membership commitment period or while a member remains on Founding Membership pricing, notwithstanding Section 2 (Freeze/Hold Policy).
- Rollover and expiration of unused services follow the standard policy outlined in Section 3.
- Cancellation requests submitted before the end of the three-month commitment period are not permitted; the client remains responsible for dues for the full three-month term.
- Freezes/holds are not permitted during the Founding Membership commitment period or while a member remains on Founding Membership pricing, notwithstanding Section 2 (Freeze/Hold Policy).
- Rollover and expiration of unused services follow the standard policy outlined in Section 3.
- Cancellation requests submitted before the end of the three-month commitment period are not permitted; the client remains responsible for dues for the full three-month term.
- After the three-month commitment period ends (following the third payment at the Founding Membership rate), the membership automatically converts to the regular Sugaring or Airbrush Tanning membership at standard, then-current regular membership pricing and terms (including eligibility for freezes under Section 2), unless properly cancelled in writing or through the client portal prior to conversion.
- All other terms of this Membership Policy apply to the Founding Membership.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Membership Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
