CLIENT POLICIES & SERVICE TERMS

Welcome to Sugared Beach. Our goal is to provide a safe, relaxing, and professional experience for every client. The following policies ensure clarity, safety, and fairness for all.

All clients are required to review and electronically sign our Client Consent & Liability Waiver prior to receiving services. The signed waiver governs liability limitations, dispute resolution, and additional legal terms.

1. APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVAL

May not be suitable for individuals with DHA sensitivities. Inhalation protection is provided and recommended.

Body Wrap Sessions:

Contraindications include pregnancy (unless approved in writing), claustrophobia, circulatory disorders, and high blood pressure.

Patch Testing:

A 24-hour patch test is recommended for first-time services. Declining a patch test is at the client’s own discretion.

Sugared Beach, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety concerns, policy violations, inappropriate conduct, or behavior that disrupts the professional environment.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sugared Beach, LLC’s total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
