Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, professional, and client-focused Sugarist to provide high-quality sugaring hair removal services in a welcoming salon and wellness environment. This role is responsible for delivering safe, effective treatments while ensuring every guest feels comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their visit.

Our studio offers services including sugaring hair removal, sunless airbrush tanning, halotherapy (salt therapy), and marine body wraps. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and wellness, enjoys working closely with clients, and takes pride in delivering excellent service and results.

Key Responsibilities

Client Services

• Perform professional sugaring hair removal treatments for a variety of areas including legs, arms, underarms, bikini, Brazilian, and facial areas
• Ensure clients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their service
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety during all treatments
• Customize services based on individual client needs and skin sensitivities

Guest Experience

• Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for all guests
• Provide clear pre-care and aftercare instructions for sugaring services
• Answer client questions and educate guests about sugaring and other salon services
• Help ensure each guest leaves with a positive experience and excellent results

Retail & Service Sales

• Recommend appropriate skincare and aftercare products to clients
• Educate guests on services such as spray tanning, halotherapy, and body wraps
• Assist with meeting monthly service and retail sales goals

Studio Maintenance & Sanitation

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room
• Follow all sanitation and hygiene protocols required for professional skincare services
• Ensure supplies and treatment materials are stocked and prepared for appointments

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the front desk team to ensure smooth scheduling and client flow
• Maintain accurate client notes and treatment records
• Support a positive and professional team environment

Qualifications

• Current esthetician license
• Training or certification in sugaring hair removal preferred
• Strong knowledge of skin care, hair growth cycles, and proper hair removal techniques
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
